As a young family, we loved the convenient location near public transport, supermarkets, and restaurants. The Gothic quarter with its charming pedestrian streets was a delight to explore. The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms, complete with toiletries, made our stay even more enjoyable.
We felt truly spoiled during our stay at the hotel, with no complaints at all.

The room at Exe Laietana Palace was spacious, light, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities such as towels and toiletries were replenished daily. The location was fantastic, with the metro and Las Ramblas in close proximity, making it convenient for exploring the city. Despite being in a busy area, the noise level was tolerable. The air conditioning worked well, and the staff was helpful. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We loved staying here! The location was central and convenient. We could easily explore the Gothic district on foot and visit all the cool shops and bars around here. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and available to solve any request we had. Moreover, we appreciated the room amenities provided, such as the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe, and free toiletries. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable - we slept so well on those great beds!
We recommend this place to family and friends. The breakfast was so good with hot sausages, scrambled eggs, and a variety of fruits, cheese, meat.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many attractions, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the Metro, making it easy to get around the city. the hotel is close to the sea, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.
The check-in experience at the hotel was poor, with some of the staff being rude and unhelpful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were pretty good too make our visit nice. The management and staff were amazing, unlike any other place that would have turned us away. The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, and many attractions. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. We also loved the fact that it was easy to find public transportation, including the subway.
